Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

To start a return, message us on Facebook or call 01711-000000 with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund to your bKash or Nagad number within 5 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded to a mobile wallet of your choice.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or was the wrong item.
