Refund policy

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at qa@boneek.test with your order number. We pick up the item where our courier partner serves your PIN code.

Refunds go back to your original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) within 7 working days of the item reaching us. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.

Grievance officer (Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020): QA Test Store, qa@boneek.test. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.

Before you return this policy to a customer, fill in the grievance officer's name and designation.
